This beautiful piece of ceramic pottery is from our large collection of all things vintage.
She is just perfect.
There is a 3/4" opening at the top of her crown for a tapered candle.
She is holding a scroll of some sort in her unglazed small hands.
Her face is lovely and is not glazed except for her hand painted eyes and lips.
Handmade and signed by the artist on the base of the piece that is not glazed is: BOM 04
The inside of her skirt is fully glazed.
On the inside of the front of the piece is hand written in capital letters: HUNGARY
There is another hallmark embossed in the glaze on the opposite side that is difficult to discern.
So much detail to her wonderful presentation.
