This late 60s/early 70s dress has got some great details! Featuring a sleeveless bodice with drapey cowl neck, empire waistline that has a fixed tie belt plus a gorgeous pleated a-line skirt. Made from a semi sheer polyester knit material that's slightly shiny. Comes in a soft pastel neon yellow color and has a back zip closure.
