Found this beauty tucked away in my mother's closet! No idea where or when she may have acquired it - she was from England and known to frequent charity shops in both the US and the UK. Thierry Mugler was a very Avant Garde fashion designer. Google research indicates the Thierry Mugler Edition line was created in 2008:

Material is a lovely soft knit with quality seams - possibly a wool blend based on feel; Medium weight; Double gold tone snaps down the front; Padded Drop Raglan shoulders (pads can be removed); Patch pockets; Lavender color knit accent at the cuffs - Green accent knit under snaps.
