Made in Germany, with a GERMANY stamp.
The color is Bordeaux (wine red), which is popular with both men and women.
It seems to be a suction-type model that is costly to manufacture (a high-end suction-type model).

It seems to be a vintage item made in the 1970s, and while there is no major damage, there are minor scratches and scuffs. However, I think it's in surprisingly good condition for a pen that's about 70 years old.
