  The "Mini Hatchet" is a traditional style camping hatchet perfect for carrying in a small backpack, on your belt outdoors, or even storing in a toolbox! It is the lightest of the Gränfors Bruk axes, making it ideal for long hikes! The head has a 2-1/4" face made of the highest quality Swedish steel available. The axe is particularly fantastic for splitting small firewood & kindling. Another amusing feature is that the axe head has a slightly rounded poll, which may be used to knock out fish over the head! This attractive little hatchet awakes in many of us memories & dreams of exciting camps & adventures! Sharpened & polished for a fine & beautiful finish.
